Meet Coach Autumn

Autumn is the CEO and founder of ALL IN Coaching and created it with the vision of helping Christian women steward their bodies through nutrition and exercise.

She is currently located out of Wisconsin and lives there with her amazing hubby and two husky pups! You can typically find her: reading a book, drinking an iced coffee, blasting country music, lifting, or singing in the praise band at church.

When it comes to health and fitness, she has tried it all! She's done weightlifting, CrossFit, BJJ, ran a half marathon, Spartan races, and is currently powerlifting for the USAPL.

Meet Coach Ceci

Ceci is one of the amazing coaches here at ALL IN. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and her Cuban heritage has shaped her deep love for its rich food and lively music and is a part of who she is. Some of the things that truly fill her heart with joy are worshiping the Lord, lifting weights, listening to country music, working with kids, and spending time at the beach.

Her curiosity about fitness and nutrition was sparked early on by her father, who served in the Marine Corps. He truly set the example of discipline, not only in excelling at fitness but also in maintaining a nutritious balance. Inspired by his example, she became deeply involved in fitness early on. She started with Jiu Jitsu, moved on to running, and eventually found her passion for weightlifting. She is also currently completing her studies in dietetics and nutrition, which has further fueled her dedication to health and fitness.

Meet Coach Sammy

I was born and raised in Ohio and now live with my amazing husband and daughter (with number two on the way!). I had a very early interest in health and fitness. I started with HIIT workout guides in middle school, moved on to receive my 200hr RYT in high school, and finally found a passion for weightlifting and CrossFit!

I worked as a registered nurse for two years before having my first baby, and have always felt God calling me to be home with my kids. Reading Proverbs 31 always inspired me to want to support our family so I decided to start personal training in 2023 and absolutely love helping women gain strength and confidence!

When I’m not at the gym, I love baking, going on walks and hikes, drinking coffee, reading my Bible, and spending time with friends and family!
